Pull out those boxing gloves for a great workout!  Boxing Fitness is a great way to burn calories, lose fat, and gain lean muscle.  Demand those abs, hip, butt, and thighs to get into action.  This intense cardio workout builds endurance, strength, and confidence with great results!

Cardio / Aerobics:

We all need a little cardio in our life, so let’s get moving!  Together we can burn those unwanted calories and get that heart rate up the best way you can.  Not everybody can do the same level of cardio, so we design the program that best fits you.

Weight Training:

Don’t let the words fool you.  Young, mature, and all those in- between need to push some weight around.  Strength Training not only helps you achieve your daily tasks with a little more ease, it can also improve your sport and other physical goals you may want to achieve.  Strength training builds strong muscles, confidence, and self esteem.  Weight Training is not just for bodybuilders anymore!
